How do I add more data to my plan?

We do our best to help you find the data plan that’s right for you, but there may be times when you’re away from WiFi and using more data than normal. You can add more data to your plan any time to hold you over until your plan renews. Add data on the SmartLess Mobile app or on the SmartLess Mobile website by logging in to MyAccount.
 

What’s the difference between a monthly recurring add-on and a one-time option?

A monthly add-on renews at the start of each billing cycle on a recurring basis.  A one-time data pass is valid for a single use and expires after 30 days.

If I’m constantly needing to add data to my plan, can I upgrade my plan at any time?

You can upgrade your plan at any time, but the new plan won’t take effect until the start of your next billing cycle. If you need more data to carry you over until your plan renews, you can add a one-time data pass that expires in 30 days.
